The staff was very friendly; I had my kids with me and they were kind enough to get them set up on a game system while I shopped. Staff helped me select a jacket in my size and were available for questions without being too pushy. Great experience."

"At cycle gear they are very helpful when choosing the right riding gear from gloves to jackets to boots and pants. if something doesn't fit right they are very nice to let you come in and return items bought in store for a replacement. I was recommended cycle gear from a co-worker and now im recommending them to you or anyone looking to gear up. thanks cycle gear! Another thing is that they also provide the knowledge on bikes, if you ask they're happy tp pass on some knowledge on if you were interested in racing track. safety is also another concern as I was curios about what they had to offer and they also had great recommendations there as well. choosing a helmet was a breeze, their employees will work with you to find the right fit and the fit and style specific to the way your going to ride. Overall a great experience."

"The level of customer service has improved tremendously here at Cycle Gear. Usually in the past I could never really get someone who was willing to help me out. Limited selection on female riding gear and I have questions. Seemed like some employees didn't actually enjoy their jobs. That's painful when you need assistance and that person is not approachable! I stopped coming here specifically for that reason.
Gave it another Go and glad that I did.
This experience was very different. The cashiers are actually welcoming guests with a simple greeting when walking through the door. Multiple people asked if I needed help and one guy, Austin, convinced me to pick up a SENA 20s. Mr Lee hooked it up for me the next day no prob and cleaned up my helmet too! Both associates were incredibly helpful. Really awesome experience both days I went into this location. Thanks guys"
